Haize Photobooth – Booking & Service Policy

At Haize Photobooth, we deliver premium, seamless photo booth experiences for both corporate and private events. The policies below outline expectations specific to each event type and are designed to protect our clients, our team, and our independent contractors. The following policy outlines our terms, expectations, and procedures to ensure clarity for all clients.

A signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are not held without both.
Corporate Events: Payment terms may be Net-7 or Net-14 if approved in writing prior to booking. A purchase order may be required.
Private Events: Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Events booked within 7 days require full payment upfront.

All retainers are non-refundable.
Corporate Events: Cancellations made more than 21 days prior may apply payments (excluding retainer) toward a future event within 6 months, subject to availability.
Private Events: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior may apply payments (excluding retainer) toward a future event within 6 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations within the stated windows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Rate adjustments may apply.

Clients must provide accurate event details including venue address, access instructions, start/end time, and on-site contact information.
Corporate Events: Client is responsible for securing venue approvals, COI requirements, and compliance with brand or legal guidelines.
Private Events: Client is responsible for guest conduct and venue access.
Changes must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Setup typically begins 60–90 minutes prior to the start time and does not count toward service hours unless stated otherwise.
Overtime is subject to availability and billed at the rate outlined in the service agreement. Overtime must be paid before or immediately after the event.

Haize Photobooth maintains professional‑grade equipment and backups; however, in the rare event of technical difficulties beyond our control, liability is limited to a partial or full refund of services rendered.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power failures, weather conditions, or guest interference.

Haize Photobooth team members are independent contractors, not employees.
We reserve the right to pause or end service if conditions are unsafe, abusive, or risk damage to equipment or personnel.
Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff.
No guarantees are made regarding specific attendants unless stated in writing.

Digital galleries are delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Haize Photobooth retains the copyright to all images.
By booking, the client grants Haize Photobooth permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless a written opt‑out is submitted prior to the event.

Haize Photobooth is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies.

Haize Photobooth is not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties, including venues, guests, or vendors.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
Independent contractors retain discretion in execution while adhering to Haize Photobooth standards.
Acceptance of Policy
Booking services with Haize Photobooth constitutes acceptance of this policy and all terms outlined in the service agreement.
